Pricing and booking
Grove Rental
- $150 for minimum of two hours, $50 per hour additional time
- $400 full day, 8 hours
- early arrival to setup (half hour), no charge
- Fire pit option – $25 per fire pit, up to three pits. We will start the fires in advance & provide all the firewood necessary.
- Volley Ball or Badminton court setup in side yard – $25, includes net, balls, birdies & racquets
- Kitchen add-on $100 (Bring your own caterer)
- Camp Over Option – this is something we are considering, but have not figured it all out yet. We attended a recent wedding after party where some guests literally pitched tents at the end of the night and left at their leisure the next morning. Bring your own tents. Imagine coffee and doughnuts with friends around a fire pit the next morning!
Chapel Hall Rental
- Wedding Ceremony Only
- $200 for two hours (roughly hour or so for setup, hour or so for ceremony)
- includes Chapel, sound system and access to bathrooms, etc.
- flexibility in setup times
- Use of authentic wedding bell – Free!
- Special chimes – $25
- Celebrations of Life
- We honestly have not figured this one out yet. We may operate the Chapel on a donation basis for these services.
- Use of Kitchen or community room downstairs would be subject to our normal fees.
- General Parties and Events
- The pews and altar in the chapel can be removed to provide a large open space for dinners, parties, meetings, almost anything you would want a special room for.
- $100/Hour, three hour minimum. Discounts for full day
- Limited to 140 Guests
- Downstairs Kitchen add-on $100 (Bring your own caterer)
Communty room Rental
- We would like this basement area to be an asset to the community and will work with local organizations who wish to meet on a regular basis.
- $50 per hour
- Any day or evening of the week except Friday evening
- Complimentary coffee machines
- Projector and screen available
- Discounts for regular meetings (Monday through Thursdays)
- Discounts for non-profits
Hayrides around the farm
- We are directly adjacent to the beautiful Whistlepig Pumpkin Patch. We have access to the entire farm and their tractor wagon sets
- Each wagon holds 25 to 35 folks, with wooden or hay benches
- Rides around the farm take about 15 minutes
- Everyone at once at rides, or periodic loops through out your event
- $50 for first wagon, $20 for each additional wagon or loop around the farm
- Handicap accessible wagon is available with advance notice.
THE WHOLE SHEBANG!
- Rent the Chapel, the Grove and the Community room. The whole ball of wax!
- Weddings with multiple day setup and take down
- Special Events with multiple activities at the same time. Outdoors in the Grove and Lawn, inside in the big open room chapel or downstairs in the Community Room.
- We have a lot of flexibility in scheduling and pricing! Please contact us to discuss your special events!
